Mastering The Use Of The App Fibromyalgia Tracker

Fibromyalgia Tracker meets you on the days when pain moves, fatigue stacks, and fibro fog hides the words you used to find easily. Log every flare, tender point, and medication response so the next rheumatology or pain clinic visit starts with evidence.

Built for people living with fibromyalgia, ME/CFS overlap, chronic widespread pain, central sensitization, and the comorbid IBS, migraine, TMJ, depression, and POTS that often travel along.

📍 WIDESPREAD PAIN AND TENDER POINTS
Log fibromyalgia the way it actually shows up:
• Widespread pain on a 1 to 10 scale
• 18 tender point locations on a body map
• Morning stiffness duration and severity
• Migrating pain patterns across days
• Allodynia and hyperalgesia episodes
• Numbness, tingling, and burning sensations
• TMJ pain and jaw tension
• Custom pain zones you define

🌫️ FIBRO FOG AND COGNITIVE TRACKING
Capture the invisible symptoms others dismiss:
• Word-finding difficulty and memory lapses
• Concentration and focus ratings
• Mental fatigue separate from physical fatigue

• Sleep aids and tricyclics like amitriptyline
• Supplements like magnesium, CoQ10, vitamin D
• Effectiveness ratings and side effect logs
• Dose changes, titration windows, and refill reminders

🔥 FLARE LOGGING AND TRIGGERS
Find what tips you into a flare and how long it lasts:
• Flare start, peak, and resolution dates
• Weather and barometric pressure changes
• Overexertion and pacing failures
• Stress and emotional events
• Hormonal cycle phase
• Diet triggers like sugar, gluten, alcohol
• Custom triggers you discover over time

🏃 EXERCISE PACING AND MOVEMENT

• Trigger correlations with statistical weight
• Sleep, fatigue, and mood overlay charts
• Weather sensitivity patterns
• PDF and CSV exports for rheumatology and pain management

🧠 MOOD AND STRESS IMPACT

Staying organized with daily symptom tracking is one of those things that sounds simple but makes a real difference once you start spotting patterns in your health data. The fact that logging feels quick and reviewing past entries is straightforward means you are more likely to stick with it, which is where the real value kicks in over time.

Not sure about this app yet. says free on the website, but then the Play Store is wanting to charge a monthly or yearly or weekly fee. The app says 7 days free but you only get 3 days free. Unsubscribed from yearly but would like to switch to Monthly to see if I like the app but don't know how to do it. Wrote company with 2 questions, we will see if they respond.

Downloaded this app recently and didn’t expect to use it this much honestly Setting everything up was pretty easy and I liked that I could customize the tracking without spending forever figuring things out I’ve mostly been using it to keep track of pain fatigue, sleep and those random flare-up days when everything feels off. The symptom charts are actually helpful because I started noticing patterns with my bad days that I usually forget about. The app also feels simple and calm to use
